1971 North Carolina license plate KP 3036

1971 North Carolina license plate KP 3036. I believe this one may be NOS, it came in a dmv sleeve and the imprint was clearly these numbers. No evidence it was ever mounted as there were not bolt marks around the mounting holes. Unfortunately, it was probably stored in less than ideal conditions so surface rust has taken it's toll and I'm selling it for a much lesser price due to condition.
