1972 North Carolina license plate HW 8752. VERY DIRTY, probably the dirtiest I've ever seen. Looks like this one was on top of a stack in storage for a very long time. Looks like the paint underneath could be good and looks to be solid. Some people prefer them like this so I'll leave it up to you if you'd want to clean it up or use as is
