1964 North Carolina license plate 2674 KJ. This tag could be NOS, but I can't confirm. Judging that by the number of these in sequence that I got and the condition of these. It has some shelf wear from years of storage mainly some surface rust setting in on spots of where the border trim normally goes (64 & 65 don't have painted border trim).
