1964 North Carolina license plate ET 7633

1964 North Carolina license plate ET 7633. Good original paint but has some wear to it. Some surface rust starting up along the bottom. Judging by the other tags in sequence (or close) and by condition, I believe this could be NOS, but due to storage conditions, shelf wear, etc over the years I am selling it as used due to condition
