1964 North Carolina license plate 2658 KJ

1964 North Carolina license plate 2658 KJ. This tag could be NOS, but I can't confirm. Judging that by the number of these in sequence that I got and the condition of these and this one still has some of the remains of it's dmv sleeve torn off on the 8. It has some shelf wear from years of storage mainly some surface rust setting in on spots of where the border trim normally goes (64 & 65 don't have painted border trim). Could use some cleaning up.
