1963 North Carolina license plate CW 7710 amateur repaint

1963 North Carolina license plate CW 7710. The black paint looks original (and fading) but it looks like the numbers/letters were touched up. They look hand painted. Solid tag, would be a great one to blast/repaint or use as is.
