1960 North Carolina license plate ZD 9065

1960 North Carolina license plate ZD 9065. Good original paint. A lot of the border trim has been flattened somehow??? The back of the tag is covered in silver paint and there are some spots on the front, especially on the left and right edges. I can take a picture of the back if need be, just ask.
