NOS 1987 North Carolina license plate BL 7734 new old stock

NOS 1987 North Carolina commercial license plate BL 7734. Brand new, unissued new old stock. Still in it's original DMV sleeve. The tag was sticking to the DMV sleeve due to age and I didn't want to damage it to remove it for a picture. I'll leave that up to the buyer.
