1953 North Carolina license plate R 2131

1953 North Carolina license plate R 2131. Good original paint but has some wear to it. Slight surface rust in places as you can see in the pic. Has the slots on either side of 53 where the 54 tab would have gone. Also has one extra hole on the upper right edge.
