NOS 1976 North Carolina National Guard license plate 1247. Brand new, unissued. It's DMV sleeve is missing and it looks like the numbers/letters had stuck to it a little as some of it is still on some it. Usually scratches off with your fingernail moreso with warm water. The finish on this tag is not as good as others in that were in this lot. Looks to have a little more wear from shelf life over the years. Does not lay flat. Price drop to reflect condition.
