NOS 1976 North Carolina National Guard license plate 752 new old stock

NOS 1976 North Carolina National Guard license plate 752. Brand new, unissued. It's original DMV sleeve is missing and it looks like the numbers/letters had stuck to the wax paper a little as some of it is still on some it. Usually scratches off with your fingernail moreso with warm water. Slight yellowing on the original finish due to age.
