NOS 1968 North Carolina license plate ZA 6669 new old stock

NOS 1968 North Carolina license plate ZA 6669. Still in it's original dmv sleeve but it is old, torn, and brittle. Does not lay flat. Good original paint but has some wear to the original finish, despite being new. Paint is wrinkled a bit around the third 6. Lower price to reflect condition. A good number of the NOS tags that were in this lot were probably stored in a basement or less than ideal conditions
