NOS 1968 North Carolina passenger truck license plate 5439 TV. Still in it's original dmv sleeve but it is old, torn, and brittle. Does not lay flat. Good original paint but has some wear to the original finish, despite being new. Surface rust starting up along the left side. Lower price to reflect condition. A good number of the NOS tags that were in this lot were probably stored in a basement or less than ideal conditions
