NOS 1962 North Carolina license plate DJ 8836

NOS 1962 North Carolina license plate DJ 8836. New old stock, brand new unissued. Slight chipping of the paint on the left edge as you can see in the picture. The DMV sleeve is stuck to the tag so I am not removing it for the picture. It will tear when you do as it is old and brittle. It will stick to the tag in places as well, but will easily come off using your fingernail or wetting it. Some people have asked me to ship these priority and pay the extra for peace of mind as I use bubblewrap envelope and extra cardboard to help prevent it from getting bent when en route. It doesn't guarantee it from getting damages but it helps, plus it is insured for up to $50 to ship priority. Let me know if you want to as well.
