NOS 1972 North Carolina license plate FJ 3071. New old stock, brand new unissued original. Still in its original dmv sleeve, though the sleeve is old, brittle, and torn. The sleeve stuck to the tag in places removing it as you can see in the picture, but scratches off pretty easily with your fingernail
