1978 DC 4578 North Carolina license plate with 1980 sticker

1978 North Carolina license plate DC 4578 with 1980 sticker. Original reflective white paint is starting to flake off in favor of surface rust but the green letters/numbers are holding out much better. Very cool patina look to it
