1981 XZY 400 North Carolina license plate with November 1987 stickers

1981 North Carolina license plate XZY 400 with November 1987 stickers. Good original paint but has some wear to it. Has some scratches around the sticker on the bottom right, presumably when the owners would try to scratch off the old sticker to add the new one
