NOS 1979 North Carolina farm truck license plate FP 7320. New old stock, brand new unissued original. The original dmv sleeve is very torn, old, and brittle. Tag does not lay flat on a table. Has some slight wear on the F and 2. Slight smudge top center just above 1979, looks to be a factory flaw
