NOS 1974 FL 8497 North Carolina farm truck license plate new old stock

NOS 1974 North Carolina farm truck license plate FL 8497. New old stock, brand new unissued original. The original dmv sleeve is very torn up but there. Tag does not lay flat on a table. Has some scratches on the border trim/numbers/letters. Small smudge below the 4 on 1974 and on the big 7. Could use some cleaning up
