NOS 1978 HF 5312 North Carolina license plate new old stock
NOS 1978 North Carolina license plate HF 5312. New old stock, brand new unissued original. The original dmv sleeve is torn and partially missing. Tag does not lay flat on a table. Just because they are new doesn't mean they will be perfect. Some new ones I've seen have slight scratches in the paint, slight bends on edges, fingerprints from the person that originally painted them, etc. This tag has slight yellowing in the original finish due to age. The tag is stuck to the dmv sleeve so I didn't remove it for the picture as I didn't want to risk damaging the paint, I'll let the new owner do the honors
