NOS 1978 BK 6918 North Carolina license plate new old stock

NOS 1978 North Carolina license plate BK 6918. New old stock, brand new unissued original. The original dmv sleeve is missing. Tag does not lay flat on a table. Just because they are new doesn't mean they will be perfect. Some new ones I've seen have slight scratches in the paint, slight bends on edges, fingerprints from the person that originally painted them, etc. Slight smudge just above the C of Carolina
