NOS 1977 DZ 7520 North Carolina license plate new old stock

NOS 1977 North Carolina license plate DZ 7520. Aluminum. New old stock, brand new unissued original. The original dmv sleeve is torn, old, and brittle. Tag does not lay flat on a table. Just because they are new doesn't mean they will be perfect. Some new ones I've seen have slight scratches in the paint, slight bends on edges, fingerprints from the person that originally painted them, etc. This tag has slight yellowing in the original finish due to age.
