NOS 1977 AZ 9068 North Carolina license plate new old stock

NOS 1977 North Carolina license plate AZ 9068. New old stock, brand new unissued original. The original dmv sleeve is torn, old, and brittle. Tag does not lay flat on a table. Just because they are new doesn't mean they will be perfect. Some new ones I've seen have slight scratches in the paint, slight bends on edges, fingerprints from the person that originally painted them, etc. This tag has yellowing in the original finish due to age. Has some some scratches on the border trim and a couple imperfections on the 8
