NOS 1976 North Carolina license plate E 48646 new old stock

NOS 1976 North Carolina license plate E 48646. New old stock, brand new unissued original. Still in it's original dmv sleeve, though it is old, brittle, and torn. I didn't remove the tag for a picture as this lot (E 48642 to E 48655) the DMV sleeve is sticking to the tag and I didn't want to risk damaging the paint or sleeve. Normally when the sleeve sticks to the tag it usually scratches off pretty easily with your fingernail. Tag does not lay flat on a table. Just because they are new doesn't mean they will be perfect. Some new ones I've seen have slight scratches in the paint, slight bends on edges, fingerprints from the person that originally painted them, etc. This tag has slight yellowing in the original finish due to age.
