NOS 1976 E 48644 North Carolina license plate new old stock
NOS 1976 North Carolina license plate E 48644. New old stock, brand new unissued original. Still in it's original dmv sleeve, though it is old, brittle, and torn. Paint is chipped on the border trim on the bottom corners and on the O in North and i in Carolina. Also has some scratches in the top right corner. Some spots on the numbers/letters without paint, looks like a factory error. Tag does not lay flat on a table. Just because they are new doesn't mean they will be perfect. Some new ones I've seen have slight scratches in the paint, slight bends on edges, fingerprints from the person that originally painted them, etc. This tag has slight yellowing in the original finish due to age.
