1976 North Carolina license plate AV 3906

1976 North Carolina license plate AV 3906. Good original paint but has some wear to it. Has some scratches on the numbers/letters/border trim, especially in the bottom right corner. This particular tag was in a lot I bought that came from the next door neighbor of a DMV worker from back in the day. It entered his collection after being turned in so the car owner could get their new 1977 tag at the time so it has only seen a year's use before being put into storage.
