1976 AT 1890 North Carolina license plate

1976 North Carolina license plate AT 1890. Good original paint but has some wear to it. Has some scratches on the numbers/letters/border trim, mostly along the right side border trim and a couple paint chips on the T, 9, and 0. Has some very slight surface rust starting up around the bottom, middle to right. This particular tag was in a lot I bought that came from the next door neighbor of a DMV worker from back in the day. It entered his collection after being turned in so the car owner could get their new 1977 tag at the time so it has only seen a year's use before being put into storage.
