NOS 1975 DD 1785 North Carolina license plate new old stock
NOS 1975 North Carolina license plate DD 1785. New old stock, brand new unissued original. Still in it's original dmv sleeve, though it is old, brittle, and torn. Tag does not lay flat on a table. Just because they are new doesn't mean they will be perfect. Some new ones I've seen have slight scratches in the paint, slight bends on edges, fingerprints from the person that originally painted them, etc. This tag has slight yellowing in the original finish due to age. Has a scratch on the first D and on the border trim
