NOS 1975 North Carolina passenger truck license plate DD 1778 new old stock

NOS 1975 North Carolina passenger truck license plate DD 1778. New old stock, brand new unissued original. Still in it's original dmv sleeve, though it is old, brittle, and torn. Tag does not lay flat on a table. Just because they are new doesn't mean they will be perfect. Some new ones I've seen have slight scratches in the paint, slight bends on edges, fingerprints from the person that originally painted them, etc. This tag has slight yellowing in the original finish due to age. Has a couple small scratches in the paint at the top and bottom of the first D and around the top right mounting hole.
