NOS 1975 DD 1717 North Carolina license plate new old stock
NOS 1975 North Carolina license plate DD 1717. New old stock, brand new unissued original. DMV sleeve is missing. Tag does not lay flat on a table. Just because they are new doesn't mean they will be perfect. Some new ones I've seen have slight scratches in the paint, slight bends on edges, fingerprints from the person that originally painted them, etc. This tag has slight yellowing in the original finish due to age. The bottom left corner is bent under a little, could easily be bent back into shape with needle nose pliers. Also has some scratches in the paint along the border trim and above the last 7 on the right. Price reduced due to condition despite being new
