NOS 1975 E 10580 North Carolina license plate new old stock

NOS 1975 North Carolina license plate E 10580. New old stock, brand new unissued original. Still in it's original dmv sleeve, though it is old and brittle. Tag does not lay flat on a table. Just because they are new doesn't mean they will be perfect. Some new ones I've seen have slight scratches in the paint, slight bends on edges, fingerprints from the person that originally painted them, etc. This tag has slight yellowing in the original finish due to age. Has slight chips in the paint just to the left of the E and a smaller chip just above the last 0 on the top right. Also has a slight mis-stamp on the bottom left mounting hole, which won't matter once you put it on your car
