NOS 1975 North Carolina license plate E 10579 new old stock

NOS 1975 North Carolina license plate E 10579. New old stock, brand new unissued original. Still in it's original dmv sleeve, though it is old and brittle. Tag does not lay flat on a table. Just because they are new doesn't mean they will be perfect. Some new ones I've seen have slight scratches in the paint, slight bends on edges, fingerprints from the person that originally painted them, etc. This tag has slight yellowing in the original finish due to age. Has some scratches from the factory just to the right of the top left mounting hole and on the R at the bottom left.
