NOS 1975 E 10577 North Carolina license plate new old stock
NOS 1975 North Carolina license plate E 10577. New old stock, brand new unissued original. Still in it's original dmv sleeve, though it is old and brittle. Tag does not lay flat on a table. Just because they are new doesn't mean they will be perfect. Some new ones I've seen have slight scratches in the paint, slight bends on edges, fingerprints from the person that originally painted them, etc. This tag has slight yellowing in the original finish due to age. A small spot along the top border trim wasn't painted, factory error that is consistent in a number of this tag's neighboring numbers. Also has some scratches in the paint from the factory in the top left corner, at the bottom of the R at the bottom left, and just to the right of both the top mounting holes. Price reduced due to factory flaws
