NOS 1975 E 10559 North Carolina license plate new old stock

NOS 1975 North Carolina license plate E 10559. New old stock, brand new unissued original. Still in it's original dmv sleeve, though it is old and brittle. Tag does not lay flat on a table. Just because they are new doesn't mean they will be perfect. Some new ones I've seen have slight scratches in the paint, slight bends on edges, fingerprints from the person that originally painted them, etc. This tag has slight yellowing in the original finish due to age. Has some scratches, probably from the factory, above the top right mounting hole, on the R at the bottom left, and on the border trim on the bottom left. Price reduced for the flaws
