NOS 1975 E 10514 North Carolina license plate new old stock
NOS 1975 North Carolina license plate E 10514. New old stock, brand new unissued original. Still in it's original dmv sleeve, though it is old and brittle. Tag does not lay flat on a table. Just because they are new doesn't mean they will be perfect. Some new ones I've seen have slight scratches in the paint, slight bends on edges, fingerprints from the person that originally painted them, etc. This tag has slight yellowing in the original finish due to age. A small spot along the top border trim wasn't painted, factory error that is consistent in a number of this tag's neighboring numbers. It also has a scratch in the paint around the top right mounting hole, another factory flaw also consistent with other tags that were in this box
