1974 North Carolina license plate HEF 537. Good original paint but has some wear to it. Could use some cleaning up. Has some scratches in the letters/numbers and the border trim has some wear to it. Slight surface rust starting along the bottom. This particular tag was in a lot I bought that came from the next door neighbor of a DMV worker from back in the day. It entered his collection after being turned in so the car owner could get their new 1975 tag at the time so it has only seen a year's use before being put into storage.
