NOS 1974 North Carolina license plate BMZ 559 new old stock
NOS 1974 North Carolina license plate BMZ 559. New old stock, brand new unissued original. Still in it's original dmv sleeve, though it is old and brittle. Tag does not lay flat on a table. Just because they are new doesn't mean they will be perfect. Some new ones I've seen have slight scratches in the paint, slight bends on edges, fingerprints from the person that originally painted them, etc. This tag has slight yellowing in the original finish due to age. Also has a smear on the border trim paint just below North Carolina, probably by the worker when the paint was still wet.
