NOS 1974 North Carolina license plate BMZ 531 new old stock
NOS 1974 North Carolina license plate BMZ 531. New old stock, brand new unissued original. Still in it's original dmv sleeve, though it is old and brittle and has some tears. Tag does not lay flat on a table. Just because they are new doesn't mean they will be perfect. Some new ones I've seen have slight scratches in the paint, slight bends on edges, fingerprints from the person that originally painted them, etc. This tag has slight yellowing in the original finish due to age. This tag has a slight smear of green paint just to the right of 1974 on top, possibly a fingerprint of the worker
