1971 North Carolina license plate 746 SK

1971 North Carolina license plate 746 SK. Decent original paint but has some wear to it. The reflective white is starting to wear out and looks like light surface rust is starting up. Would be good to blast/repaint, use as is on your 71, or as wall art.
